Event Details

Sweet & Lowdown Gypsy Jazz & Americana.
Music inspired by the original Hot Club of France Django Reinhartd and Stephan Grappelli’s iconic ensemble, updated with their own influences.

This concert series was originally conceived of as a live-stream only series initiated by Barry Wahrhaftig of the Hot Club of Philadelphia. The goal was to help musicians and non-players impacted by the COVID-19 shutdown. Moving the series to Awbury Arboretum allows the artists to play for live audiences. A portion of each show’s proceeds is sent to local charities, including Philabundance and Jazz Bridge so far.

At the tented patio behind the Francis Cope House
Parking on site.

Tickets: only 45 tickets available for each performance, $20 each
