Event Details

In this highly anticipated world premiere, Opera On Tap Philadelphia explores the definition – and costs – of patriotism from differing perspectives, along with the accompanying sacrifice it often requires. Performed by four classically trained professional singers along with an all-star pianist, the program is approximately an hour long with a 15 minute intermission and includes musical works written by predominantly Philadelphia-based composers, along with a piece specifically commissioned for Opera On Tap Philadelphia. Performed in the extraordinary Johnson House, a stunning hidden gem of Germantown, audiences will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in historical significance at one of the stops on the Underground Railroad.

Young American Cider and Attic Brewing Company will provide food and drinks for purchase!
