Join us for the final Second Saturday workshop of the year at Wyck, led by Philadelphia chef & educator April McGreger. Follow along with Chef McGreger as she explores the nuances of fermentation, including why fall is so strongly associated with fermentation.
This free event will take place at Wyck Historic House, Garden, and Farm (6026 Germantown Avenue, Germantown PA 19144) in the Ed Shed.
Parking is available on the street or in Wyck's parking lot (entrance on Walnut Ln- space limited).
